As a journalist prior to APCI, Aggie Perilli received a Citation for Meritorious Enterprise Reporting from New Jersey Press Association for an investigative article on collaborative land management published in Princeton Packet newspaper.
Aggie Perilli was nominated for a community award for securing a grant from the National
Fish and Wildlife Foundation's Chesapeake Bay Stewardship Fund and for rallying the community to help transform an unsustainable 14 acres of lawn in Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
into a riparian buffer of native trees, meadow grasses and rain gardens or, in this field, hundreds of wildflowers. The field now serves as a role model for regenerative landscaping for urban and suburban areas throughout Lancaster County.
