During a yoga class in Buchanan Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a passing motorcyclist saw some of us in a headstand. He pulled over and, with his helmet on, lowered his head to the ground and joined us. As he waved his legs in the air, we whooped and cheered. Then the motorcyclist dropped to his feet, threw his fists in the air, and we whooped again.
As the helmeted stranger hopped on his motorcycle and drove away, we glided through the rest of our yoga flow still smiling.
Note: Doing a headstand in a helmet may be unsafe. Please remove your helmet before you carefully kick up!
