Kristy Smith is a Fulbright scholar who brings more than 10 years of leadership experience in research and development for the U.S. Department of State, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, World Vision International, Save the Children, and more. Her work spans countries in Africa, South and East Asia, Latin America and Europe.
Kristy received an Education Resources Award from World Vision; a David L. Guyer Research Fellowship Award from Save the Children; and a Fulbright Fellowship Award from the Lisbon University Institute in Portugal. She is also a Dean’s Bosworth Scholar Recipient from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Medford, MA.
In her spare time, Kristy enjoys trail runs and practices yoga. She also cooks vegan meals, listens to podcasts about politics and world events, and spends quality time with her two nieces.
